About Us

Dr. Amelia Rachel Hokuleʻa Borofsky started Sea of Islands Consulting as a culturally-responsive evaluation research group. Consulting since 2010, she has completed projects in Hawaiʻi and the Cook Islands for both non-profits and governments.  Since then, the company has grown to include a diverse, dynamic, and highly-educated group of women. Sea of Islands Consulting provides exemplary research services in culture, health, environment, and education.
